These Terms of Use (this "Agreement" or "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and FilmPix Studios Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland, governing your use of our applications Photo Border, FrameForge, CaptionForge, and PosePlan (each, an "App").
By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Each App is licensed, not sold, to you. Rydr has its own separate Terms of Use.

1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use each App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from an App except as permitted by law.
2. Purchases & pricing
The purchase model varies by App and is described below and in the App Store at the point of download or purchase:
- Free or paid up front: Photo Border, FrameForge, and CaptionForge are obtained for free or for a single price paid at download, as shown on the App Store.
- One-time unlock: PosePlan is free to download and offers a single, one-time in-app purchase to unlock its full features. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
3. App-specific terms
All Apps are offline utilities that run entirely on your device with no account required. Full details on data handling are in our Privacy Policy.
Photo Border (iPhone)
Photo Border adds borders, frames, and EXIF details to your photos, with all processing performed on your device. The App accesses only the photos you explicitly select; your images are never uploaded anywhere.
FrameForge — Photo Borders (Mac)
FrameForge adds polished borders to photos, with all image processing performed locally on your Mac. It accesses only the files you explicitly choose via macOS open and save dialogs.
CaptionForge — Viral Captions (Mac)
CaptionForge generates and exports captions for short-form video, with processing performed locally on your Mac using Apple's on-device frameworks for speech recognition. It accesses only the files you explicitly select. If you choose to install caption templates for Final Cut Pro, they are copied to your Motion Templates folder only with your consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you process.
PosePlan — Photo Pose Guide (iPhone)
PosePlan is a photoshoot planning tool with a built-in pose library, shot lists, notes, and Shoot Mode. All content lives on your device. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full feature set. The App accesses your photo library only if you choose to add your own custom poses, which remain on-device.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use each App lawfully and only with content you have the right to use. You may not use an App to infringe the rights of others, to process unlawful material, or in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Your files & content
You retain full ownership of the files, data, and content you create or process with these Apps. Processing happens entirely on your device and nothing is uploaded to us.
6. Intellectual property
Each App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by FilmPix Studios Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of an App to you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Each App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and any analysis, scoring, or guidance an App provides is for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmPix Studios Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, an App. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of an App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, where FilmPix Studios Limited is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
